Create professional development pathways for early education and care providers to improve their core competencies, credentials, and the quality of education they provide.
Increase accreditation of early care and education programs with customized assistance to reach or maintain accreditation and publicly promote accreditation as the gold standard of quality.
Improve early childhood transitions to ensure children maintain a smooth learning path as they adapt to new settings and teachers by developing a tool to share information about young children between providers.
